For families in Arizona who want added outdoor peace of mind. We offer a yard walkthrough, inspection of fencing and gate gaps, review of potential snake entry points, attractant assessment, and a written list of recommendations.
Materials & Procurement
Materials are not included in package pricing. All recommended products are billed separately at cost plus a 20% procurement and handling fee to cover product selection, sourcing, ordering, coordination, pickups, returns, and administrative time. Custom items may require a separate quote.
Payment Terms
100% payment is required upfront for all labor and estimated materials before any ordering or installation is scheduled. This protects project timelines and delivers reliable service. Additional work requires a separate change order.
